Sales Offices

• Our Manchester & Birmingham Sales offices will remain open until 14:00 on Friday 22nd December.
• Telephone & e-mail orders received before 14:00 on Friday 22nd December will be dispatched on the same day.
• Orders received after 14:00 on the 22nd December will be dispatched on Tuesday 2nd January 2024.

Online & App Shopping

• Online shopping will be available throughout the Christmas and New Year period.
• Web orders placed before 14:00 on Friday 22nd December will be dispatched on the same day.
• Web orders placed after 14:00 on Friday 22nd December will be dispatched on Tuesday 2nd January 2024.

Chubbsafes

• Orders received for Chubbsafes under 20kg prior to 14:00 on Friday 22nd December will be despatched on the same day.
• Orders received for Chubbsafes over 20kg prior to 14:00 on Thursday 21st December will be despatched on the same day.
• Orders received for Chubbsafes after the dates detailed above will be despatched on Tuesday 2nd January 2024.

Showrooms / Trade Counters

• Our Trade Counters will close at 14:00 on Friday 22nd December, our Birmingham and Manchester trade counters will re-open at 08:00 on Tuesday 2nd January 2024.
  
• Click and Collect will close at 16:00 on Thursday 21st December and will re-open at 08:00 on Tuesday 2nd January 2024.

Locksmith & EVVA Department

Cylinders

• Orders received for up to 5 Cylinders by 17:00 on Wednesday 20th December will be dispatched (subject to stock availability) prior to the Christmas shut down on the 22nd December.
• Orders received for 6-20 Cylinders by 17:00 on Monday 18th December will be dispatched (subject to stock availability) prior to the Christmas shut down on the 22nd December.
• Orders received for 20+ Cylinders by 17:00 on Thursday 14th December will be dispatched (subject to stock availability) prior to the Christmas shut down on the 22nd December.

Key Orders

• Orders received for up to 50 keys by 17:00 on Wednesday 20th December will be dispatched (subject to stock availability) prior to the Christmas shut down on the 22nd December.
• Orders received for 50+ keys by 17:00 on Monday 18th December will be dispatched (subject to stock availability) prior to the Christmas shut down on the 22nd December.

All EVVA & Workshop jobs received after the dates detailed above will be processed and dispatched after the 2nd January 2024
