Evva Sales Advisor

Role & Responsibilities:
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic person to join a busy Sales Office Team within this trade only security distributor based in North London (N1). This role is a Monday to Friday position working 40 hours per week with working hours between 8.00am - 5.00pm.  Experience and knowledge of a Sales Office would be an advantage, but are by no means essential as full training will be given.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- To answer the phone and deal with customer orders/queries efficiently and professionally.
- To process orders accurately and in accordance with the customer's requirements.
- Offering assistance and technical solutions to customers problems where required
- Collaborating effectively with other departments within the business
- Completion of all relevant paperwork.
- Building product knowledge and maintaining industry awareness
- Completion of day to day admin procedures (back orders, forward data orders, out of stock analysis etc.) using the Company’s CRM systems.

Customer Sales Advisor

Role & Responsibilities:

An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Sales Advisor to join our busy Sales Team. This role is a Monday to Friday position with working hours between 8.00am and 5.30pm.

Our Sales Department are an integral part of our company liaising with customers on a day to day basis predominantly dealing with incoming calls from our established customer base, whilst offering a high level of service which is essential in our business. Good Initiative, common sense and a passion for customer excellence are key attributes of this role. Experience of dealing with customers over the phone and knowledge of our Industry would be an advantage, but are by no me ans essential as full training will be given.

Each day can be different and present new challenges and opportunities so adaptability and prioritisation skills are important factors that we are looking for as well as an outgoing personality, can do attitude and the ability to work as part of a team.

A good level of computer literacy is required for this role.
