Please just go to your Dashboard and click on the Change Password button.


How can I get in touch with Customer Services?

Customer Services can help with many things including chasing up deliveries and organising returns, you can fill in the Online Form, drop then an E-mail or give them a Call.


How do I return an item?

Can I collect my orders?

You can indeed, from one of our 3 Trade Counters; you can either Call It Through to us or book it out Online.


How do I download a catalogue?

You can view all products online however if you would like to download a PDF of a catalogue then please visit our Downloads section.


What delivery options are available?

We offer a wide range of delivery options, the services available are based upon your location and all available options are displayed in the basket during checkout.


Do I always have to pay carriage?

If the order is over the carriage paid value (£100) and you are ordering standard items (not including very heavy items like big safes) then standard carriage is free.
