Sales Offices

• Our London & Manchester Sales offices will remain open until 14:00 on Monday 23rd December.
• Telephone, fax & e-mail orders received before 14:00 on Monday 23rd December will be dispatched on the same day.
• Orders received after 14:00 on the 23rd December will be dispatched on Thursday 2nd January 2020.

Online & App Shopping

• Online shopping will be available throughout the Christmas and New Year period.
• Web orders placed before 14:00 on Monday 23rd December will be dispatched on the same day.
• Web orders placed after 14:00 on Monday 23rd December will be dispatched on Thursday 2nd January 2020.

Chubbsafes

• Orders received for Chubbsafes under 25 kg prior to 14:00 on Monday 23rd December will be dispatched on the same day.
• Orders received for Chubbsafes over 25 kg prior to 15:00 on Friday 20th December will be dispatched on the same day.
• Orders received for Chubbsafes after the dates detailed above will be dispatched on Thursday 2nd January 2020.

Showrooms / Trade Counters

• Our Trade Counters will close at 14:00 on Monday 23rd December and will re-open at 08:00 on Thursday 2nd January 2020.
• Click and Collect will close at 16:00 on Friday 20th December and will re-open at 08:00 on Thursday 2nd January 2020.

EVVA Workshop

• Orders received for Master Keyed cylinders by 17:00 on Monday 16th December will be dispatched (subject to stock availability) prior to the Christmas shut down on the 23rd December.
• Orders received for Keyed alike cylinders by 17:00 on Wednesday 18th will be dispatched (subject to stock availability) prior to the Christmas shut down on the 23rd December.
• Orders received for keys by 17:00 on Friday 20th December will be dispatched (subject to stock availability) prior to the Christmas shut down on the 23rd December.
• All EVVA & Workshop jobs received after the dates detailed above will be processed and dispatched after the 2nd January 2020.

Locksmith Department

• Orders received for Workshop jobs by 17:00 on Tuesday 17th December will be dispatched (subject to stock availability) prior to the Christmas shut down on the 23rd December.
• All orders received after the dates detailed above will be processed and dispatched after the 2nd January 2020.
